Cancellation & Refunds

We want you to be genuinely happy with what you buy from us. This policy explains when cancellations and refunds are possible for products purchased on maheshbavaliya.com and operated by RGTS Software Pvt. Ltd.

1. Digital Courses & eBooks

  • 7-day refund window. If you are not satisfied with a purchased course or eBook, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have consumed less than 25% of the content (measured by lessons completed).
  • After 7 days, or once more than 25% of the content has been accessed, purchases are non-refundable.
  • Once a refund is approved, your access to the course/eBook will be revoked.

2. Physical Books

  • Cancellation is possible any time before the order is shipped — write to us and we will refund in full.
  • After delivery, we accept returns only if the book is damaged, defective, or incorrect. You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
  • Return shipping for damaged/incorrect items is borne by us. For change-of-mind returns, shipping is not refundable.

3. Live Events, Workshops & Speaking Engagements

  • Cancellation more than 14 days before the event: full refund.
  • Cancellation 7–14 days before the event: 50% refund.
  • Cancellation less than 7 days before, or no-show: no refund.
  • If we cancel the event, you receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email me@maheshbavaliya.com with:

  • Your order ID / payment reference
  • The email used at checkout
  • Reason for the refund request

We aim to respond within 3 business days.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed via Razorpay to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. The exact time to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.

6. Chargebacks

If you have a concern about a payment, please contact us first — we will always try to resolve it fairly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account and access to purchased content.

7. Non-Refundable Items

  • Products marked as "final sale" or "non-refundable" at the time of purchase.
  • Consultation or coaching sessions once the session has been delivered.
  • Gift cards, promotional credits, or bundle discounts already redeemed.
