This Privacy Policy describes how RGTS Software Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"), operator of maheshbavaliya.com (the "Site"), collects, uses, and protects information about you when you use the Site, purchase our books or courses, or contact us.

1. Information We Collect

• Account data — name, email, password (hashed), and profile details you provide.
• Order data — billing name, email, phone, address, and payment reference (payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store card details).
• Waitlist & forms — name, email, city, and message you submit.
• Usage data — IP, device, browser, pages visited, and analytics events (via Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel).
• Cookies — used for session, preferences, and analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide access to purchased books, courses, and lesson progress.
• Process payments, send invoices, and fulfill orders.
• Send transactional emails (order confirmations, password resets, course updates).
• Send marketing emails only when you have opted in; you can unsubscribe anytime.
• Improve the Site, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Your card, UPI, or bank details are handled directly by Razorpay and are never stored on our servers. Razorpay is PCI-DSS compliant. Please review Razorpay's privacy policy at razorpay.com/privacy.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share limited data only with:

• Payment processors (Razorpay) to complete transactions.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers (Cloudflare, Supabase) to operate the Site.
• Analytics providers (Google, Meta) in aggregated/pseudonymised form.
• Law enforcement or regulators when required by Indian law.

5. Data Retention

We retain account and order records for as long as your account is active and for up to 8 years thereafter to comply with Indian tax and accounting regulations. You may request deletion of your account at any time (see Section 7).

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures including TLS encryption in transit, hashed passwords, row-level security on our database, and restricted access controls. No system is 100% secure; please use a strong unique password and keep it confidential.

7. Your Rights

You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal information by emailing me@maheshbavaliya.com. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or a notice on the Site.
