I am Mahesh Bavaliya — but you can call me Mahesh. Through everything I've built and broken along the way, I've come to believe one simple thing: anyone can achieve meaningful success, no matter where they come from or what resources they start with.

With hard work, determination, and a commitment to lifelong learning, anyone can build their dream and make a real impact on the world.
Chapter I — Origins

From a cyber café to my first dollar online.

I come from a humble farming family with limited resources. After completing my Diploma in Computer Hardware and Networking, I started out as a Network Engineer at an internet service provider.

In college, I spent most of my time inside a cyber café — teaching myself online marketing, digital marketing, and how the internet actually worked as a business. I started my own blog and earned my first $100 online from Google AdSense. Alongside that, I freelanced — data entry, graphics, web design — anything that paid me to learn faster.

Chapter II — Discovering the Market

A call-center job that quietly changed everything.

I eventually left my network engineering job and joined a domestic and international call center as a Server Administrator. Tele-sales was the engine of that era, and one day my boss launched a new vertical — stock market advisory services. That was the doorway.

I went deep — books, seminars, video courses, screens for hours. I became an intraday trader, built my own trading system, and tested it in live markets for a full year with a small group of beta traders. The results were honest enough to bet a business on.

Chapter III — Building the Engine

From signals to a real business.

I built a stock market education and trading-signals business, and ran the digital marketing and lead generation for it myself — email, content, WhatsApp, webinars, paid ads, a full in-house call center, automation systems stitched together with software.

To date, that machine has generated more than 500,000 leads, served over 300,000+ Users, and produced more than ₹10 crore in revenue. I also launched my online school at Probreakout.com, which generated ₹8 lakh in its first three months.

As the founder and CEO of RGTS Software Pvt. Ltd., I lead a team of developers and traders building trading technology, education and AI products. Chapter V — Setback

What COVID took, and what it taught.

I had also opened two wellness centers helping patients manage pain, diabetes and blood pressure. Through disciplined Facebook marketing, we did ₹16 lakh in revenue in the first year alone.

Then COVID hit. I had to make the hardest call of that period — shut the wellness centers down as a cost-cutting decision to protect the rest of the business. It was painful, but it was right. That season made one thing permanent for me: resilience and adaptability are not motivational words — they are the actual job.

Chapter VI — The Rebuild

Behind the success no one saw.

Behind the milestones was a version of me very few people saw — pressure, nonstop thinking, broken routines, a mind that wouldn't switch off. I had built businesses, helped thousands, and achieved a lot. Inside, I was exhausted, hollow, and disconnected.

"No matter where you come from, what truly matters is where you are headed."

The rebuild — of my focus, my routines, my relationship with work — became the most important project of my life. That project became my book, OVERLOADED.

Today I write, build, and speak about what actually works at the intersection of business, focus, AI and sustainable performance. I mentor founders, support causes in my community, and continue building products with a small, focused team.
